Her character is described as the ‘most beautiful girl in the world’ and Selena Gomez certainly looked the part as she filmed Feed the Dog in Pasadena today.

But while the 20-year-old’s overall look was stunning, it was hard to focus on much other than her slender legs as she showed them off in a thigh-skimming dress.

The black slip of the frock was barely decent but fortunately its lace overlay provided the star with some modesty, while still leaving her perfect pins on display.

Selena teamed the dress with black peep-toe wedges and pinned back portions of her tumbling tousled brunette locks while leaving the rest loose.

It appears she may have been filming a funeral scene in the all-black outfit.

The Wizards of Waverly Place star was seen grabbing a bite during a lunch break on set and decided to eat in the privacy of her trailer.

She carried a plate of food into the trailer and emerged a little while later, ready to get back to work.

Earlier in the day Selena seemed in great spirits as she frolicked about the California set in a casual ensemble.

She was seen sporting grey leggings and a denim waistcoat over a white tank top, accessorising with flip flops and aviator sunglasses.

Also spotted on set today was Heather Graham, who just like her co-star modelled two different outfits.

She showed off both a slinky blue animal print dress and a stone suit jacket over a black shift, the latter of which is a look she wore on set a few days ago.

Selena’s new film is slated for a 2013 release and is an adaptation of Ric Browde’s 2000 novel While I’m Dead… Feed the Dog.
