Scarlett Johansson isn’t a frequenter of fashion shows, but the award-winning actress made an appearance at Milan Fashion Week for the Prada show on Thursday.
Johansson — who stars in the luxury label’s new heritage Galleria handbag campaign — went with a timeless little black dress paired with pointy kitten heels for the occasion.
Looking elegant and edgy at the same time, she wore a fitted black minidress featuring a crisscrossed neckline with a keyhole cutout. The thigh-skimming number was cinched at the waist with a black leather belt featuring Prada’s signature triangle logo in gold-tone hardware.
On foot, the “Lost in Translation” star showed off black leather pumps crafted with an ultra-low heel and a sharp pointed toe. The sleek style, which is available to shop online for $1,390, from Prada’s fall 2023 collection features an innovative design with architectural details.
Johansson accessorized with a black leather Prada bag, glamorous cat-eye sunglasses and angular gold hoop earrings.
The actress was seated beside Wes Anderson, director of “Asteroid City,” in which she stars. Benedict Cumberbatch, Emma Watson, Amanda Gorman, Hunter Schafer and Letitia Wright also sat front row to take in the iconic Italian brand’s latest.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Johansson was chosen to star in the house’s Galleria handbag campaign for her ability to transform into a range of different characters.
In addition to Prada, the “Black Window” actress is a fan of brands like Rodarte, Carolina Herrera, Gucci and JW Anderson when it comes to her red carpet fashion.
