But Selena Gomez put her focus on her loved ones as she enjoyed a night out in New York.
The Only Murders In The Building star, 30, was spotted leaving the Italian restaurant Carbone with her crew.
Selena was dressed to impress in a V-neck grey sweater worn over a white polo shirt, black trousers, and platform sneakers.
She added a touch of sophistication with a black blazer coat and a Louis Vuitton tote slung over her shoulder. Her hair was slicked back into a glossy bun, showing off her flawless complexion.
The songstress rocked a dewy glow on her cheeks and a fresh slick of lip gloss upon her pout. Large gold earrings hung from her lobes.
On Wednesday, Selena marked International Women’s Day with a sweet childhood photo of herself and heartwarming caption.
‘Dear younger me, please don’t be afraid to ask for help,’ she began in the caption. ‘Today is International Women’s Day and I want each of us to be gentler to ourselves. Write your younger self a @RareBeauty #rarereminder and stick it on your mirror to remind yourself that you deserve the world. Love you.’
The latest outing comes after Selena admitted her ‘heart has been heavy’ amid claims she has been feuding with Hailey.
The actress has been caught up in a social media storm in recent weeks after her ex-boyfriend’s wife was accused of mocking her online.
Her ex Justin Bieber has also been accused of throwing shade at the star but has yet to speak out on the allegations.
Selena appeared to address the drama as she took to TikTok on Sunday to call on people to ‘be kind’ and insisted she ‘only wants good for everyone.’
Beneath a video of herself doing a makeup tutorial she penned: ‘Thank you and love you all so much. I’m deeply grateful for each and every one of you humans. You make me unbelievably happy.’
A second comment read: ‘Please, please be kinder and consider others mental health. My heart has been heavy and I only want good for everyone. All my love.’
The post came just hours after it emerged that Justin had ‘thrown shade’ at her.
The singer threw a party for his 29th birthday over the weekend where he celebrated with his nearest and dearest.
One person who wasn’t on the guest list was his ex Selena, although he appeared to reference the actress with the party favours he handed out on the day.
Guests were handed a silver souvenir that bore the words: ‘I’m so thankful that I didn’t end up with what I thought I wanted.’
While Justin did not address the meaning behind the gift, fans were quick to assume it was a dig at his ex and branded the singer ‘petty’.
Selena and Justin dated on and off for eight years, calling it quits for the final time in 2018. Two months later Justin proposed to Hailey, who he first dated in 2015 for about a month.
Fans have long pitted the women against each other and they have been accused of subtly throwing shade at each other.
Most recently, Hailey has been receiving substantial backlash after footage resurfaced of her mocking Taylor Swift during the time she cohosted the show Drop The Mic.
Fueling the flames, Selena commented on the video: ‘So sorry, my best friend is and continues to be one of the best in the game.’
Subsequently, internet users started dubbing Hailey as a ‘mean girl’ since she had also previously shared a TikTok video of herself with Kendall Jenner and Justine Skye lip-syncing to an audio saying: ‘I’m not saying she deserves it, but I’m saying God’s timing is always right.’
TikTok commenters took the now-deleted clip to correlate with the body shaming and hate Selena had been receiving as of late.
Hailey’s close friend Kylie Jenner has also been the subject of scrutiny as of late after she shared a post to Instagram seemingly mocking Selena.
Selena had shared a video to social media revealing she had laminated her eyebrows ‘too much’, and just hours later, Hailey and Kylie shared a screenshot showing off their eyebrows in a video call.
Kylie and Selena were quick to address the hate and left comments shutting down the rumours and insisting there was no beef.
Yet fans were not convinced and around this time time Selena surpassed Kylie as the most followed woman on Instagram.
Selena took to TikTok Live on Thursday to reveal she was taking a sabbatical from the internet, and temporarily deactivated her TikTok account for a brief time. Both her TikTok and Instagram are currently active.
She said: ‘I’m gonna be taking a second from social media cause this is a little silly and I’m 30. I’m too old for this.
‘But I love you guys so much and I will see you guys sooner than later. I’m just going to have to take a break from everything.’
